Apple Streusel Muffins (The Garden of Vegan): They have apples in them and are topped with a sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg topping. Yum! Nice and moist- I used applesauce/baking powder for the egg substitute and it worked very nicely.
We call them "crack muffins" due to their highly addictive nature.
