Holiday Roundup!

Whew! I'm back at work today after a lovely break! I didn't even get out of my PJ's yesterday, which rocked!

Here's a little roundup of some of the holiday fun.

I made Gingerbread Apple Pie from Vegan With A Vengeance. I gave it away before I remembered to take a picture, but here's the prep! Now that's a holiday baking spread!!

Our Christmas Cactus bloomed its little heart out!!


There was a little Merry-Go-Round-ing!

And even when the cupboard got a little bare from holiday chaos, we managed to have to super dooper Hello Kitty bread sammiches. Yay!!
