Dessert was considerably more exciting in my book. I had a cup of my favorite relaxing tea, Yogi Tea's Stress Relieving Kava, in my favorite fancy teacup. I enjoyed the last delicious chocolate from my Christmas treats. Brad gave me a beautiful box from Rose City Chocolatier in the vegan variety! I can definitely say that these beat every vegan sweet I have had in my nearly-year of vegan dedication. They are really pretty too! This was the chocolate cherry. Cheers!

I totally agree that the curry-rice pairing should not be messed with. I've been craving some curry lately...one of these days :)
life is way too short for mediocre curry. i liked the previous posts about re-using things, but can't get my stubborn spouse on board with the cloth diaper thing.
Jen, One thing I do when everybody is not on board is to just use reusables myself. I figure it still makes a difference and maybe people will come around. Maybe you could get or make a few reusable diapers to use for the times when you are in charge of diapering? Every little bit helps! It is hard for people to switch though, most of us were brought up on the idea that disposable is the only way to go to be clean and efficient. Keep up the good effort! :)
I actually have the Hot Damn & Hell Yeah cook book!! Bought it for myself at Christmas. I'm glad you've mentioned a recipe to try because I was having difficulty deciding what to make - but Curry gets my vote every time!!
Hi. When the lady at the health-food store told me about your blog, I had planned to check it out, but I see you beat me to it:)Thanks for adding me to your blog roll. Check ya later.
I'm with you - curry & pasta should not be mixed - rice wins every time.
