I must say that every single recipe I have made from this zine has been delicious! They all taste so good and have helped me expand the variety of foods I learn to make (ohhh yeah calzone...yummmm!). This recipe is no exception. It's easy, yummy, and versatile, which is code for saying that we have been snacking on the leftover lentil mix with tortilla chips for late night snacks!

I love that book! I need to pull it down from the bookshelf again. It's so tiny that I sometimes forget it's there. I love everything I've made from it too!
those look dang tasty. i get overwhelmed with all the cookbooks out there. i don't even feel i've used the ones i have enough to justify buying anymore. don't you ever feel that way?
