I breaded and baked some leftover tofu to make little nuggets. I used a mixture of panko, cracker crumbs, ground flax seeds, and seasonings to bread the tofu nuggets.
Then I made a whopping triple play of sauces! BBQ sauce, chunky marinara sauce, and a homemade agave mustard concoction. Swoon!

I really did want to sing You Light Up My Life to those tasty little nuggets and delicious sauces. Yay!!

Tofu nuggets are the bomb. I made some once using an awesome recipe, and now I can't remember where I found the recipe...and that makes me sad.

Your baked tofu looks yummy with the sauces. I like tofu, too, especially when it's not in its original state. Baked, grilled, stir-fried, or creamed/blended are all great.
