I made the Pasta With Fresh 5-Minute Basil Tomato Sauce. It is delicious! I used a mixture of fresh regular basil and cinnamon basil right from my little container herb garden in the back yard. Can't wait for my tomatoes to come in and make this whole sauce from the garden! I used my new Tupperware Quick Chef (love this thing!!) to mix up this no-cook sauce and served it over veggie pasta. Delicious!
P.S. Try the baked bean dip in La Dolce Vegan. It has Liquid Smoke and faux bacon bits and is magic on a Frito. Super easy, and a perfect party food!

Looks yum! Unfortunately, I have "How It All Vegan", but not the one with this recipe. It's good to get the recommendation for it, though. And we have fresh basil growing in our new herb garden now, too! I just added some to jarred spaghetti sauce the other day to give it a little more "oomph".
That quick chef looks so easy to use!! And look at the delicious dish you made with it!!

I heart the baked bean dip! La Dolce Vegan was my first Kramer cookbook and is the one I consistently go back too - the chapati recipe, the pasta dishes, the 'on golden pond' mushroom soup... I could go on! (^_^)
Yummy that looks delicious. I don't own any of Sarah's books yet *sniff*.
I need to get more vegan cookbooks! This dish looks really delicious, thank for sharing the beautiful picture.
I have her and Tanya's, How It All Vegan cookbook and I swear by it. We use it sooooo much in our home that it stays permanently on the counter top between our knife caddy and the wall.
Life is good in the vegan lane.
