Whew it feels good to be eating healthy again! The wedding had us all running wild, with little time for making good meals! Here's a nice lunch from this week!
Salad salad salad! I started with a bed of baby greens. Then I threw in some carrots, yellow bell peppers, garbanzo beans, and tomatoes. I added some cooked faux chikin, a sprinkling of flax seeds, some vinaigrette, and voila!! Fresh, wonderful, music to my mouth!
