In Mayof 2008 I bartered with a friend of mine who needed to get rid of her three wheeler bike. I was in dire straits for a was close to having major spinal surgery.
So she offered me the bike and I am giving her 1 year of hair-cuts (Retired hairdresser) as a trade off. I think I got the better deal, but she thinks she got the better deal. So we both win.
My bike is a bit worn, but it has character. And the two things I would chase someone for if they attemted to take from my bike? My basket and my bell.

That is a magnificent bike bell! I'd be ringing that ALL THE TIME if I had it...to make sure everyone noticed how awesome it was.

that bell is so beautiful, i'd wear it as a pin or necklace and ring it whereever i'd go.
