Green Smoothie Challenge Update

Everything is good so far.

I had two green smoothies yesterday, one with greens powder and berries, the other with spinach and tropical fruits. Yum.

I haven't had any soda. I have had some incidental sugar, but I am keeping an eye on it. I made my coffee with soymilk and about 2 teaspoons of maple syrup this morning :) Also, my friend gave me some banana chips. Yum! They are like candy.

Gotta get going on that exercise thing...

Sounds like you are off to a good start! Mmmm I love to put spinach in my green smothies, it is my favorite green and unfortunately it is hard to find over here! Ughghg.
