I bought these Choplets and decided to give them a go with some yummy vegan soul sides. Verdict on the choplets: meh. They were really dense, but tasted pretty good. Brad didn't like them, citing the considerable rubbery-ness. I breaded and cooked them in a pan. They were so-so as is, but tasted great chopped up in a nice vegetable soup after the fact.
From Vegan Soul Kitchen I made these cumin-spiced mashed potatoes. Oh so good! These are spicy and hearty and deeeelicious!
Easy gravy from Hot Damn & Hell Yeah!
A nice looking, and tasting plate if I may say so. I added in some spicy smothered cabbage from VSK as well. Vegan Soul Kitchen is FULL of great dishes that would be really easy and impressive for the holidays. Make one for a family gathering or potluck and get ready for raves!

GRAVY! I NEED GRAVY! Seriously, what a plate of food....drool...
I've never heard of choplets. Am I seeing a can? I'm not too good about canned stuff besides beans and pumpkin puree. The taters look really good.
