Generally I shy away from recipes that call for several packages of brand name stuff, but this recipe is an exception! It has delighted every mouth it's passed through, and none of those I've served have been vegan! It doesn't have any funky tastes or aftertastes like some vegan cheesecakes can. This recipe is a 100% winner for fall and winter gatherings. Just don't eat all of the batter before you get it in the oven!
