Inquiring Minds...Can tea clear your skin?

From The Republic of Tea:

Herb Tea for Clear Skin

Let's get one thing clear. True beauty comes from within. But when it comes to clear skin, some of us can use a little help. So here's good news: this organic, rooibos-based, naturally caffeine-free tea blend is brimming with antioxidants - your skin's best friend.

Ingredients: Rooibos (leaf), Orange (peel), Hibiscus (flower), Chamomile (flower), Red Clover (flower) Chaste Berry (fruit), Burdock (root), Natural Pomegranate Flavor.

Certified Kosher (more info)

What do you think? I bought a tin of this and am interested to see what happens...

well rooibus had vitamin c in it which is good for skin and burdock root cleanses the blood, which would relate to clearer skin, but you would have to drink a lot of it to get the benefits. plus the way to clear bad skin is to find what is causing it and fix that. but if you don't have bad skin, it could only make it better i suppose.

Does it taste good? I am kind of interested.

It does taste good. It's like a mildly tart berry blend. Sort of like Tazo's Passion, but less potent. I read some reviewd that said you need 3-4 cups a day, but you do see results. I'm trying it!
