I am SO glad it's grilling season again! This year so far I've been enjoying grilled portabella mushrooms and kabobs loaded with all types of stuff: pineapples, tofu, squash, zucchini, peppers, onions...
I marinated and cooked some baby bella mushrooms inside last time we cooked out and we had them with our grilled goodies. Try this marinade...delicious!!!

Love that "tuna" I'm making it again tonight! I've never thought of it on flax-crackers. I have some at home right now but they are expensive, do you have a good recepie for them?

I ate it on Wasa crackers this time. Sometimes I do sprouted grain wraps or Ezekiel bread sandwiches. I've never tried flax crackers.
I really need to invest in a grill. Or at least an indoor grill. I have an old, rusty charcoal grill at my house that really needs to be tossed out ... but it still sorta works.
We have a cheapie charcoal grill- it gets the job done just fine :)
