Tonight I decided to try the glowy hoop at night. I (sadly!) demolished our living room light fixture trying to get my hoop nice and lit up (oooops! I think I can find a new light cover on the cheap!). I guess the sacrificing of the light was worth it, cuz I got two new tricks down that I haven't been able to do till now.

Oooh, I wish my hoop was collapsible! I bought mine from this awesome girl gang of hula-hoopers in Memphis called the Hooper Troopers. They make hoops to sell and host hooping lessons (which I really need to get to).
And yep, you do have some hot abs!!
