Oh, the return to tofu scramble!!! I love it every time! Breakfast may be my favorite meal...Ezekial toast with Earth Balance, coffee...mmmmm!!!
This is Sarah Kramer's Sabrosa version...I've tried many scrambles, but I always prefer Mrs. Kramer's variations!
Cheers! We are off to New Orleans this weekend to stock up the store. Can't wait for a po-boy and maybe even a trip to LUSH!!

Always a good breakfast to have tofu scramble but I've yet to try the Kramer scramble.

I really need to jump on the tofu scramble boat. I haven't really experimented with making these. This one looks so god and satisfying though!
