Preparation is pretty much as easy as this:
All the dishes just require heating with your choice of tofu or veg.

Here's a buffet of lentil rice, channa masala, and tofu corn masala.
Here's my own veggies and tofu cooked with the Satay Partay cooking sauce.

Bonus round: homemade baba ganoush made with clearance eggplants- yum!!!It was a dinner of many cultures!!
Tasty Bites are indeed bites...I used several packs to make a decent sized dinner. That being said, they clearly list the serving sizes and are prolly meant to be easy one-serving meals, so all's well!!

i really need to give tofu a chance. i had vegetarian chili with tofu, and i really liked it. i'm just so not familiar with the cooking process or even how it comes at the store... i need to branch out. your food always looks like yummy comfort food:)
I would start with a pre-made flavored tofu, like a smoked or marinated variety. If you have access to a health food store, look for some SoyBoy or other brand smoked tofu- it's yummy. If you need help with specific recipes, lemme know! Most important thing to do is get the right kind of tofu for each recipe- it makes a HUGE difference!
Chana Masala is so delicious! I'll definitely give that one a try.
