I love me some pizza. Crust is just a difficult thing to maneuver, huh? No matter how many veggies I pile on top, a big bunch of dough for dinner never makes me feel well. We have been trying different crust options, and this was a great one:
It's a Flat Out piece of flaxseed bread topped with sauce and tons of sauteed veggies. So good!!!
We also had a salad with homemade vinaigrette from Recipes From An Ecological Kitchen- fun cookbook I picked up at our local Symphony League Book Sale :)
