Sugar-Free Week: Day 3

I am grudgingly admitting that I feel about a thousand times better without the white stuff. I am calmer, more clear-headed, and more energetic. My skin looks better, and my coffee tastes pretty darn good unsweetened. 



I admit defeat! I can no longer justify my crazy sweet tooth. I still want some candy though. (BTW, Banging Body Basics with Madison Chase on Exercise TV rocked my world this morning! Whoohoo obliques!)

If sugar is bad, I can never be good. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever. You have such strong willpower!

no sugar in my coffee just couldn't happen. everything but that i think i could do. way to go lady.

This gives me some hope. I'm about to take on this particular challenge myself. I think my body is just a big yeast making machine with all the sugar. Gotta break that cycle. Not to mention all the other badness that sugar probably is...
