Fitness Blahs...

Yeesh...I think it may be the three digit temps getting to me! The idea of exercise has been repulsive the last few days, but I've managed to at least do some strength stuff and a little cardio. I am enjoying Jennifer Galardi's workouts on Exercise TV.

No fancy meals these last few days...just light cool treats!

More vegan softserve...I am playing with variations to the basic 2 bananas/1 cup of non-dairy milk base. I added peaches and cinnamon and it was deeelicious!! I'm still in love with the coconut oil & raw cacao powder "magic shell" topping.



Fresh homegrown tomatoes and basil make a great cool snack as well...


More dessert! Softserve topped with I Heart Wellness's Trailblazing Power Cookies- love!!!

I haven't added milk to my bananas for softserve but that sounds great. I'd also like to branch out flavor wise... I think I saw something adding chocolate protein powder to the bananas which seemed like a good idea.
