Blissful Bits Vegan Stir Fry! & NHBPM #8

Yum! We rarely eat fake meat anymore, and I've been mainly making raw foods for the last few months. When I won these Blissful Bits from a Vegan MoFo giveaway right as it started getting chilly outside, I knew it was time to crank up the stovetop and make a special warm treat for dinner!

I made quinoa and a veg mix with some miso and Bragg's. In went the Blissful Bits, and wow! I must say (and the mister agrees) these are the best fake meats I've tasted! They are delicious and have a great texture.

A healthy and delicious dinner in no time!

Today's National Health Blog Post Month Topic: Day 8:

"3 Truths and 1 lie. Tell us 3 things that are true about you, your condition, your Health Activism, or your life. Now tell us 1 lie. Do you think we will be able to tell the difference?"

Well, I am a horrible liar, so I'm gonna keep this light! Which do you think is a lie?

*I have 13 tattoos.
*My family is lebanese.
*I drive a convertible.
*I am lactose intolerant.
Guess?

We don't really do the mock meats either. I tried Gardein and I didn't care for it at all but I know many people that do. Is this any better?
My husband can tell great stories but not me but I think the one lie is...you don't drive a convertible.
