The family does NOT eat veggies. So I have to get my greens any way I can. Usually through a spinach salad. I love this giveaway, cause I haven't been eating near enough of those salads lately.

Greens are usually added to most of our dishes during the last few minutes of cooking things. My favorite is kale, but I think we normally throw spinach into the pot. It goes with most dishes!

I eat greens in every meal I usually make for myself. Unfortunately my family doesn't like any greens.

My favorite way to get greens is steamed kale- Trader Joe's has these new bags of chopped fresh kale which makes it SO much easier!

I add spinach or kale to my morning smoothie. You can't even taste it I promise!

I put greens in everything. If it is blended, I toss a handful in to whatever I'm making. I also love salads!

I usually try to go with a spinach salad, but I love veggies, I tend to snack on broccoli rather frequently.

I usaully have a salad atleast once a day. It makes me feel 10 times better, I always add lots of veggies too

Love a side spinach salad with fresh garlic & lemon. When we need to sneak in extra greens, it's always easier mixed in with casseroles, or stuffed inside other things! :)

I have dedicated one whole shelf to frozen veggies in the freezer. Replaced the ice cream/whipped cream with veggies. If it is there, we will use it.

I made my first green smoothie today with pretty good success. The juicer is just messy to clean up though.

I make a ton of soups that heave leafy greens in them (kale, beet greens, etc)
