Today's post is on a recent wonderful morning spent in my kitchen. I woke up to some Ezekiel sprouted grain toast with homemade hummus from Appetite for Reduction, and some herbal tea with unsweetened almond milk. Then the busy-bee-ness commenced and the results were fantastic!!
I started with a variation of I Heart Wellness's Chocolate 'N Ginger Granola Bars. I subbed a few things based on the pantry and they turned out wonderfully!

While the bars were baking I made a batch of Kris Carr's Make Juice Not War green drink recipe:
Here are the baked bars:
And here they are bundled up for a little road trip to New Orleans- if good food is around, who needs bad food?! Not me!!

I know I was last to hop on the train, but I've just discovered unsweetened almond milk for myself. Oh my, it's soooo good.
