Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie...I'm in love!

Above and beyond my excitement over winning some fabulous raw food goodies from Judita Wignall's blog giveaway, I have fallen in love with her cookbook, Going Raw.



This Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie is the first recipe I tried, and I made it twice in one day!! I froze the second serving to make raw ice cream- yum! The ingredients are all raw, all healthy :)


I was so impressed with the smoothie that I whipped up some Sunflower Seed Dressing the same day. Again, totally delicious! I used it on a massive salad, and then as dip for carrots as well. 


I am loving this book so far and can't wait to make more yummy foods!

I should definitely get that! I'm hoping to keep eating more raw after the cleanse.

Chocolate mint, vegan, raw... yes, I will be giving this recipe a try. My favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip. I'd love to recreate it in a smoothie.
