This Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie is the first recipe I tried, and I made it twice in one day!! I froze the second serving to make raw ice cream- yum! The ingredients are all raw, all healthy :)
I was so impressed with the smoothie that I whipped up some Sunflower Seed Dressing the same day. Again, totally delicious! I used it on a massive salad, and then as dip for carrots as well.
I am loving this book so far and can't wait to make more yummy foods!
