Favorite Workout!

I've added a new workout to my arsenal. I tried a segment of Workout One-On-One Training with Jackie on Exercise TV and I was hooked. Now I have the whole workout on DVD!


Love this DVD! It's mostly strength with a bit of cardio mixed in. The great thing about the DVD is that you can customize a workout by choosing which circuits you want to include each time you do the DVD. I am super sore today and I know from previous experiences with this workout, if you stick with it, you see results quickly! Yay!

Is this a good workout for toning? How long are the workouts for? Do you need any special items like a balance ball or something like that? So many questions!

It is great for toning...I am always sore afterward!

No special equipment needed, just a set of light to medium handweights.
