I started back using MyFitnessPal on June 13th. July 10th marks 7 pounds gone, even with a torn muscle, a glass of wine more days than not, and chocolate covered almonds! Yay! It takes attention and 100% dedication for this little program to work, but it's so worth it to start seeing goals happening! Onward to my overall goal! (And back to serious strength and cardio when my calf muscle is ready. Till then, it's swimming, upper body, and a little yoga!).
